I offer sessions for adults online, phone or in person near Woodbridge, Suffolk.  I am flexible and understand you may want to meet in person for the initial session and then continue online.

Sessions are 50-minutes and usually take place at the same time every week, or every 2 weeks if you feel you need more time to process in between sessions.

I offer a free initial consultation of 20 minutes for you to share what has brought you to therapy and to assess the approach you would like and whether we both feel we can work together.  I will discuss confidentiality, cancellation and payment policies and the frequency of sessions you would like.  There is no obligation to continue after this.

Sessions cost £65 (50 minutes).

Therapy can be either short-term (6-12 weeks) or longer term.  This can be reviewed as therapy progresses.
