I work integratively, drawing on psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approaches. This may involve exploring past experiences and long-standing patterns of behaviour, or focusing more on current difficulties using evidence-based CBT strategies.

CBT can support an understanding of how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected, and how these may be affecting your life in the present.

I offer a collaborative and respectful therapeutic relationship, with space to talk openly and be listened to, alongside the option of working in a more structured way using CBT techniques, depending on what feels most helpful for you.
